Delivery & Returns

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 10-14 working days. All orders are shipped by Interlink, Orders taken over the weekend and bank holidays will be processed the next working day. A 'Shipped' email will always be sent once your order has been dispatched. On some occasions dispatch times may vary, please refer to the checkout page for exact timescales.

Can I track my order?

If you have created an account with Posh Canvas you can login to the website and view where your order is up to! Large canvases are generally sent out with Parcel Force, we will provide a tracking code where we can. If you have checked out as a guest or setup an account you will always receive a 'shipped' email to confirm. You can track the shipping with Interlink by visiting Interlink website or click here.


We want you to be happy with the goods and service you receive from our website and we pride ourselves on our customer service.

As Posh Canvas offers a bespoke product service some of our products are non-refundable. Any products that have been personalised with the buyers own text/imagery will be non-refundable (excluding postal damage).

Please pay particualr attention to styles and fonts and let us know whether there is anything specific you require on your order.

Posh Canvas accepts no responsibility for quality of images uploaded by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the photograph uploaded to the website is of a high enough resolution to print at the selected size. If in doubt please email us and we can help with specific sizes and offer some advice with the largest your photo will print without loss of quality. By accepting our terms and conditions on checkout you are agreeing to our delivery and returns conditions.

To return a product that is not a bespoke order simply complete our contact form on the website with details of your order and we will be in touch to arrange the exchange in more detail. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving the product. The buyer accepts postage of products back to Posh Canvas, we will then offer a refund/credit for the product.

Inline with the ‘Distance Selling Act 2000’ you have a 7-day cooling off period starting from the following day after delivery. If, before cancelling the distance contract, you have acquired possession of the goods, you will be under a duty to restore those goods to us, in the meanwhile, to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. This duty to take reasonable care ends if you deliver or send the goods back at your own expense.

The goods must be returned in an unused and if possible unopened condition within 7 days. We would advise that you enclose a cover note on the outside of the package including your order details and reason for return to ensure there are no delays with refunding your payment. When returning goods we would always recommend using a ‘signed for’ delivery services to ensure the goods arrive back safely.
